Personal Experience & Biography
Around 10 years ago a dear friend and my heart lead me to starting a training in
Psychoanalysis in Vienna at Sigmund Freud University (SFU) and Psychoanalytic Seminar
Innsbruck(PSI), where I closely observed human development, psychological health and
illness.
In the realm of mental health ancient definitions of balance and flow translates into balance
between attachment and separation; adaptation and innovation; inner and outer worlds…
Health is more than the absence of symptoms and therein we find physical well-being,
capacity to work and love, play and creativity…
It is a core value to my heart to approach clinical phenomenon with curiosity, which is a
legacy of psychoanalysis.
Currently based in Vienna, I work at a shared psychoanalytic psychotherapy practice
together with my three dear international colleagues, as well as online, and collaborate with
various partners in providing my care.
